Alsons Dev, DoubleDragon Break Ground for Mindanao’s First CentralHub Industrial Warehouse in Davao
DAVAO CITY — Alsons Development and Investment Corporation, in collaboration with DoubleDragon Properties Corp., has officially commenced construction of Mindanao’s first CentralHub industrial warehouse complex, marking a significant milestone in the region’s logistics and industrial development.
The groundbreaking ceremony was led by Alsons Dev President and CEO Miguel A. Dominguez, DoubleDragon Vice Chairman Ferdinand J. Sia, and DoubleDragon President Rodolfo Ponferrada. The event was attended by several government and local officials, including Rodrigo S. Duterte II, Romeo Montenegro of the Mindanao Development Authority, April Dayap, Che Che Justol, and Allan P. Simo-ag.
The project is expected to enhance Davao City’s capacity as a key logistics and distribution hub in Mindanao, providing modern warehouse facilities that will support expanding industries, strengthen supply chains, and generate new economic opportunities across the region.
